In-person Somatic Yoga classes
I teach weekly Somatic Yoga classes at the historic Letheringsett Mill in Holt, North Norfolk (UK).
It is a beautiful location and is also home to the I am the storm yoga studio, run by my friend, Clare.
Clare and I met at a retreat back in 2023, and when I moved to Norfolk in 2025 I was delighted to be able to teach my own unique flavour of Somatic Yoga at this stunning location.
My yoga classes are a little different, but both are taught through the lens of somatics and nervous system health.

Somatic Yoga is a practice to tend to and reset your nervous system.
An embodied practice that offers a place to slow down and connect with the inner wisdom of your body.
In this practice I blend Yoga, Somatics and Nervous system awareness. Incorporating pauses to allow a deeper connection and understanding of your unique nervous system. Movement, breath and co-regulation in community – a practice of nourishment.
£10 per class / £80 for a block of 10 classes

What if I'm completely new to yoga?
Everyone is welcome to my classes: whatever your relationship to movement, you are welcome here. You can chat to me at the start of class if you have any concerns and I encourage everyone to practice with reverence to their body's boundaries and capacities. My classes are designed to help you build a relationship to movement that honours your body.
Do I need to bring anything?
All equipment is provided but if you prefer to use your own mat please feel free to bring it. You might like to bring a drink, staying hydrated is a self care practice on its own!

Somatic Flow blends yoga asana, somatic movement, breath awareness and nervous system education to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.
This is not a “push yourself harder” yoga programme.
This is an invitation to slow down, listen to your body, and move in ways that support nervous system health.
