3-DAY SOMATIC MEDITATION RITUAL (AUDIO)

A gentle invitation to slow down, to come home to your body, and to offer yourself a little more tenderness and presence over the next three days.

Day One — Just Breathe
Notice the natural rise and fall of your breath. No forcing or fixing, just being here.

Day Two — Connect to Your Body
Tune in to subtle sensations and small moments of ease that signal safety to your system.

Day Three — Embody Your Emotions
Explore where emotions live in your body, meeting them with compassion and curiosity.

What you’ll gain

✔ A gentler, more compassionate connection with your body over just a few days

✔ A felt sense of slowing down, even if life around you stays busy

✔ Simple ways to return to your breath, your body and the present moment

✔ A deeper awareness of your internal world, without pressure to analyse or fix it

✔ More capacity to sit with sensations and emotions, rather than avoid or override them

✔ A sense of steadiness and support that you can come back to beyond the three days

How to use it

♡ Let it meet you where you are. There’s no “best” time or perfect way to do this

♡ Keep it simple. Press play, listen, and allow whatever unfolds to be enough

♡ You can sit, lie down, or even move gently, choose what feels most supportive each day

♡ If you miss a day or lose momentum, just begin again. There’s no falling behind here

♡ Use the journal prompts if they feel helpful, and leave them if they don’t

‘WHAT IS SOMATIC YOGA?’ GUIDE

At its core, somatic simply means “of the body.” And in many ways, all yoga is somatic, but being in the body and being connected to the body are not always the same thing.

What you’ll gain

✔ A deeper awareness of your body and the signals it’s constantly offering you

✔ The ability to move with more sensitivity, rather than pushing or overriding

✔ A stronger sense of safety and trust within your body

✔ A more grounded, embodied experience of yoga that you can carry into everyday life

How to use it

♡ Approach it with curiosity over judgement. There’s nothing to get right here

♡ Focus on your internal experience rather than what you think something should look like

♡ Let your body lead. If something doesn’t feel right, you’re encouraged to pause, adjust or skip it entirely

♡ Move through it at your own pace. There’s no need to rush or complete it all at once
