Through presence, movement, and education, I’ll help you understand the language of your nervous system and live from that truth. It’s a practice of remembrance: slow, sensory, and profoundly human — where healing happens not through doing more, but through being more yourself.

At the heart of my work is the belief that the body always leads.
Somatic awareness is about learning the language of sensation — understanding that emotion, thought, and behaviour all begin as physiological signals in the body.
Resourced Living
Resourcing is the opposite of striving — it’s the art of replenishing what has been depleted.
I teach that a resourced nervous system isn’t calm or compliant; it’s alive, responsive, and capable of holding the full spectrum of human experience.
Embodied Expression
Embodiment is where awareness becomes action — the point where understanding translates into how you live, move, and communicate. My work empowers women to express themselves from a place of internal alignment rather than external expectation.

No, these 1:1 sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are brand new to this work or have years of knowledge or experience of nervous system and somatics. If you are brand new to this work, our sessions will focus more on education initially to help you understand your nervous system.

Most nervous system and somatic training and education is based on male physiology. My work includes female physiology, which means my work focuses on how your nervous system responds differently in the different phases of your cycle (monthly and wider life cycles of pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause).

Yes, I am trained to care for your female nervous system in all phases of your monthly and wider life cycles. This is the nuance of my work – it is not a one size fits all, it cares deeply for your own unique nervous system needs.

If you do decide you want to work 1:1 with me, these are my current fees:
One off session (60 mins) £75 or you can book a block of four sessions (60 mins each) £250.
