A gentle 60-minute workshop to help you understand what your female nervous system truly needs during the Inner Spring phase — whether that’s your follicular phase (the week after your bleed), 2nd trimester of pregnancy, or if you're post-menopause (our second Spring).
WHAT IS INNER SPRING?
In cyclical living, Inner Spring is present through these major thresholds:
⟶ Follicular phase (the week after your bleed)
⟶ 2nd Trimester of pregnancy
⟶ Post Menopause (our second Spring)
Each of these phases changes your heart rate variability and nervous system activation. Knowing this gives you permission to stop fighting your biology and start working with it.

When you understand the dominance of Sympathetic vs Parasympathetic energy in this phase, everything starts to make more sense — your emotions, energy dips, sensitivity, overstimulation, even decision-making.
This workshop will help you:
✔ Understand what's actually happening in your body during Inner Spring
✔ Learn cycle-aware nervous system support tools you can use immediately
✔ Experience somatic practices to gently connect with your body (even if you struggle to feel sensations)
✔ Leave feeling more resourced, less confused by your own body, and more confident in meeting your needs
This is a pre-recorded workshop.
It begins with simple education on the Inner Spring nervous system state before moving into:
① Soft somatic practices you can do lying down or resting.
② Practical tools for supporting your system in this phase.
③ Gentle reflection on how you relate to yourself during this time.
Think open windows, fresh air, loose clothing, maybe bare feet on the floor and a quiet hour to reconnect with your power without pressure.

Meet your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Maxine!
I started practicing Yoga ten years ago and became curious how a group of people, each carrying very different struggles, could gather & practice yoga together and generally leave feeling a little lighter.
I began Yoga teacher training in 2020 and kept pulling on that thread. This led me to specialise in Yoga & the Nervous System, which led me to specialise in Yoga for trauma, which led me to Somatics and finally to specialise in Somatics for the female nervous system.
I am now a trauma trained yoga and somatic practitioner and my study continues…
